We are uniquely situated in the southern part of India – at the outskirts of western part of -Tamilnadu, where the tropical climate and generous rains provide an abundant water supply to grow lush, green coconut trees.
Unlike most of the towns in Tamilnadu our area experiences a pleasant climate given its proximity to the Western Ghats, receiving both southwest and northeast monsoon rains, which makes this region renowned for its vibrant coconut plantations.
We take great care to ensure that our raw materials, harvested straight from these trees, stay rich in natural minerals from plant to product.
We are blessed to provide you with exceptional coir materials, sourced locally, right from our lands to yours.
Raw material storage :
Coconut Husk has been procured from our nearest surroundings from various coconut farms transported by trucks deliver to our factory.
Immediately after removing the nuts, these Coconut Husk are stored in a controlled place free from weeds, seeds, and contaminations with a clean environment.
Plant and machineries:
We have installed the latest process-wise designed machines mostly imported from various experts countries for our production that helps us achieve international production standards.
Also adopts an advanced mechanism for process and quality control over the production.
We uses the latest software applications to ensure better communication and enhances efficiency.
The strict quality certification procedure is in force at all levels to attain the required quality and quantity of production.
Regular and periodic training and appraisal programs are leads to success.
A state of art packing division with industry experts delivers products with utmost safety.
We adopts safety measures at all levels in the production centers.
Washing and drying yard
our factory is equipped with bunkers for ageing and washing coir pith that make our products more reliable.
We have vast concrete dry-yards to ensure correct structure, air content, drainage and nutrients for your coir materials.
R&D
we made a heavy investment in research and development transforms into innovation in coco peat and coco-related products using eco-friendly technologies.
The research team consistently brings forth a range of products that are both innovative and functional.
Quality checking (QC) laboratory
A 24/7 quality control lab in each factory ensures the quality of the products.
The quality control system is adopted at every level of production from the raw material inward up to the shipments.
A perfect documentation system to track the process and support after sales further expedites processes. T
he laboratory is completely following the testing procedure of the RHP laboratory system (RHP, The Netherlands).
we also use external lab for other quality norms.
The Scientific and Industrial Testing and Research Centre (Si’Tarc).
Warehouse (finished goods storage)
We have a large warehouse facility with 6000 sqft.to store finished products.
Logistics
Our nearest port is the Tuticorin Port, one of the major Ports in India, and has direct access to various locations across the world.
A full-fledged logistics division ensures timely delivery of the consignment.
Logistics care is overseen by a team of professionals who ensure timely delivery of products and enhance time to market
Treatment system
It is located in a rich water potential area with land blessed with plenty of soft water resources giving steady water suppliers for the treatment of coir. we established modern treatment plants to meet the companies’ production demands effectively round the clock and all through the year.
The wastewater has been sent to the effluent treatment plant(ETP) and the treated water that comes out from the effluent treatment plant has been reused for plantation & farm purposes.
